Blockchain Engineer

• Responsibilities: Design and optimize smart contracts, integrate with Solana, and enhance system performance.
• Requirements: Proficient in Rust or Solidity, 3+ years of blockchain development experience, familiarity with the Solana ecosystem preferred.

AI Research Scientist

• Responsibilities: Develop natural language processing and predictive models, optimize X-Grok’s AI engine.
• Requirements: Master’s degree or higher, 5 years of AI/ML experience, expertise in NLP or on-chain data analysis.

Frontend Developer

• Responsibilities: Build intuitive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for websites and applications.
• Requirements: Proficient in React/Vue, 3+ years of experience, familiarity with Web3 wallet integration preferred.

Community Manager

• Responsibilities: Manage X and Discord communities, organize events, and drive user growth.
• Requirements: 3 years of community management experience, familiarity with Web3 culture, fluent in English.

Security Engineer

Interview Process

After submitting your application, the team will review your resume and statement of outstanding work. If your application passes this stage, you’ll be invited to a 15-minute interview (“phone screen”), during which a team member will ask some basic questions. If you pass the initial phone screen, you’ll enter the main process, which includes four technical interviews:

1. Coding assessment in your language of choice.
2. Systems hands-on: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
3. Project deep dive: Present your past outstanding work to a small audience.
4. Meet and greet with the broader team.

Our goal is to complete the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet.

Salary Range

$180,000 - $440,000 USD
